Intermediate support stands for the caravan

Annual Charges
Rent including rates
Caravans have to be Insured
Electricity consumed at rates governed by OFGEN
Replacement Calor gas cylinders are paid for on order
Frost precaution service (optional)

Procedure 
Choose caravan
Select site from available pitches
Sign contract and pay deposit - Caravan is then sited
Move in on payment of balance
Instruction on appliance operation and use with safety will be given
 
Please Note:
Holiday Homes are still not designed or suitable for all year round residential use
The manufacturer’s warranty is likely to be compromised.
The level of insurance cover provided for holiday homes is not the same as that for residential park homes
